Robin Sauve's professional history has an underlying theme of engaging audiences and moving public opinion – whether that public is internal to an organization, the one in which an organization operates, or the one it serves.
Robin’s entrepreneurial spirit is combined with a strong social conscience which has opened doors for learning and leading in a number of arenas. Her areas of expertise are culture stewardship and employee engagement, corporate responsibility and environment, as well as community and Aboriginal relations.
Drawing on her solid history with corporate, government and non-profit clients, she is conversant with the elements required to deliver full public affairs campaigns. With her eye firmly focused on the end game, she pulls from her broad-based know-how to identify what needs to be done and what tools are most effective in the delivery: strategic planning, market research, performance indicators, speechwriting, stakeholder engagement and communications, government relations and public affairs, social marketing and program development.
Recipient of multiple awards, she is credited with successes such as realigning an agency’s service offering, making possible the owners’ multi-million dollar sale; and building a People Strategy which stewarded and strengthened the culture of a Crown corporation while it doubled in size.
