"Emphasis on inclusion & storytelling"

We began our relationship with Elevate Inclusion Strategies through their thoughtful and engaging JEDI and Inclusive Leadership workshops and have continued our commitment to inclusive leadership through one-on-one coaching with Natasha. Our team connected with her “meet everyone where they were at” approach and benefited from working with a coach who understands and encourages the process and the journey. Her understanding of the creative industries also allowed her to design and lead an aspirational strategic team-building retreat, with emphasis on inclusion and storytelling as a way to work towards our goals.

"We couldn't be happier with the programming"

DGC Ontario has worked with Natasha Tony and her team at Elevate Inclusion Strategies for almost a decade now, and we couldn’t be happier with the programming they have developed for us. Elevate has provided customized leadership and D&I training to DGC Ontario’s members, executive board, and senior staff in support of inclusionary thinking, management strategies in our workplaces, and within our organization.  We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Angela Cassie

Interim CEO & Director and Vice-President, Strategic Transformation and Inclusion, National Gallery of Canada

"Natasha Tony and her Elevate team have guided the National Gallery of Canada in deeply examining its policies, processes and formal (and informal) practices to identify systemic barriers. Using a practice grounded in listening, empathy and compassion, Natasha has built trusting relationships with people across the organization. The importance of psychological health and safety when doing this anti-racism, anti-oppression work is core to their approach.

Elevate has offered a range of services from an organizational review and report with comprehensive findings and recommendations, to training, facilitation, coaching and mentorship.  Each of these projects have been designed with the Gallery’s readiness, unique realities, and capacity to deliver in mind. Elevate Inclusion Strategies have been critical to moving the Gallery’s commitment to justice, equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (JEDI&A) to concrete and sustainable actions."

The DGC BC has engaged Natasha Tony and Elevate Inclusion Strategies to present leadership, anti-racism and anti-harassment materials for our Membership over the past several years.  Natasha’s real industry experience combined with her unique knowledge and perspective makes her an incredibly effective trainer in this arena.  She’s also amazing with people and connects quickly and easily with our Members.

Kendrie Upton

Executive Director, DGC-BC

With Natasha’s facilitation, Creative BC undertook an engaging process to establish a two-year JEDDI strategy, with living action plans by team, that we continue to activate. Through experiential training, quality resources, and 1:1 coaching conversations, Natasha’s knowledge is instrumental to Creative BC’s ongoing transformation. With her steady guidance, we have embedded diversity, equity and inclusion principles in our new strategic plan, our internal and our external accountabilities. Natasha’s trusted advice is core to our journey as we “do the JEDI work” individually, organizationally, and with industry through initiatives like Creative Pathways and the Creative Equity Roadmap.

We’ve been fortunate enough to work with Elevate Inclusion Strategies on several occasions, from larger training sessions to strategic consultancy and individual coaching. Whether it was with Natasha or other members of their fantastic team, we felt each experience was well-structured, deeply insightful, and expertly moderated. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session, engaging and challenging their clients toward success. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Screen Siren Pictures has worked with Elevate Inclusion Strategies and Natasha Tony on many occasions, including anti-racism and anti-harassment training for our office and production crews, addressing specific challenging situations as they arose, and on counseling to improve our outlook as a company. We can’t recommend Natasha and Elevate enough. Her workshops are clear, concise, thorough, engaging and elevated.
